What are the Terms and Conditions for using Autosurf Traffic Exchange?

All Free Gold and Silver Lifetime members need to surf at least 100 sites in a month to keep there Free Gold or Silver accounts status otherwise they will be downgraded to Basic members, Also make sure you assign credits to your websites, If  you have credits in your account and have not assigned credits to the websites that have no credits then these sites will be disabled until you assign credits to them, If after 2 months the disabled sites still have no credits, then they will be deleted. Your account may be deleted if not used for 30 days.

To maintain

- Your site does not contain any popup windows
- Your site does not contain any message boxes
- Your site does not contain adult content
- Your site does not break out of frames
- Your site does not use site rotation
- Your site does not use URL or domain forwarding
- Your account may be deleted if not used for 30 days
- Your account may be deleted if it refuses email
- Your account may be deleted if it causes our system problems
- You may have only one (1) account

Please DO NOT add sites that use a redirect, as these are breaking out of the surfing frame, Any Members that are found using redirects on there sites will be deleted without warning.

What is the policy on SPAM ?

- Autosurf Traffic Exchange prohibits its members from using SPAM in their marketing efforts. Offenders are subject to immediate termination. If you found this website through SPAM, we want to know! Please contact the support team.

What types of accounts do you offer?

- Basic Account: the Basic account earns you either 0.50 or 1 credits for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized) and it remains FREE of charge. Credits are automatically assigned to your enabled site (s).

- Silver Account: the Silver account earns you either 1 or 1.25 credits for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrading to a Silver Account is only $4.95US per month! You can upgrade at the Members Only page. Credits are automatically assigned to your enabled site (s).

- Gold Account: the Gold account earns you either 1.25 or 1.5 credits for each site you view, depending on how you set up your browser (minimized or maximized). Upgrading to a Gold Account is only $9.95US per month! You can upgrade at the Members Only page. Credits are automatically assigned to your enabled site (s).

- All accounts may add up to 10 different URLs.
- All accounts are able to change their status to/from "enabled" and "disabled".
- All accounts may distribute credits to their site (s).

How do I get hits for my site at Autosurf Traffic Exchange?

When you join us you will receive a SURF URL together with your User ID which collects hits for your site. When you start your autosurfer, homepages will be brought to your screen! Every 20 seconds a new page will appear. In the case of the Basic Account, and depending on how you set up your browser (min/max), you will receive 3 hits to your own homepage for every 4 pages displayed on your autosurf URL

How Do I Get Credits (hits)?

You can obtain credits in three different ways:-
1. purchase them
2. from referrals
3. from viewing sites.

Remember! You can earn more credits by maximizing your browser's window and by upgrading your Basic account to either a Silver or Gold Account.

What are the important URLs that I need to know ?

How do I change my account information?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Name". There you can change name, password, share email status, browser and category setup change, and distribute credits (hits) to your sites.

How do I change my email ?

- Login to your Member Area and click on your "Email". There you can change the email address and we will send you a change code to verify your new email address. Your new email address will not be changed until you verify it with the change code.

What are the possible States for my sites?

- Disabled : your site is disabled
- Enabled: your site was approved and is part of the site rotation
- Waiting: your site is waiting for approval by Autosurf Traffic Exchange administration

I signed up but no credits were used. What happened ?

- All sites must be approved by the Autosurf Traffic Exchange web team. If there are no problems, the Support Team will approve the site and notify you by email. Be sure to check status of the your sites in Members Area. Any site must be "enabled" in order to receive credits.

What do I do if I see a site that offends me or contravenes the Autosurf Traffic Exchange Terms and Conditions ?

- Please report such sites to our support team at http://cjpwebdesign.com/SupportDeskProfits. We will issue FREE credits for reporting these sites.

JavaScript and other errors are halting my auto surfing. How can I fix this ?

- For Internet Explorer users, click on the "Tools" menu and go down to "Internet options". Go to the "Advanced" tab and under the "Browsing" category, check the checkbox labeled "Disable script debugging". This should be prevent further problems.
